Designed for the comfort and connection of adults 55+, Cairn Point provides bright, open spaces for conversation, exercise, health services, and learning.

Case Management Services

In partnership with Iron County Care and Share, Cairn Point provides on-site assistance for adults 55 and over, including medical support and counseling.

Community Room

The community room is where friendships are made. Lounge in front of your favorite movies, challenge your neighbor to a board game battle, or take a cooking class in the kitchen.

A space for quiet conversation and reading, the Lounge is a calm, peaceful extension of your own living room.

Community Classes

Ready to learn a new recipe, craft or game? Our Community Classroom provides dedicated space for continued learning.

Fitness Studio

With cardio equipment, free weights and space for yoga—the fitness room is set up with everything you need to build strength and feel your best.

Animal Friendly

Cairn Point residents are allowed up to two (2) animals with combined weight of 60 lbs, fully grown. Each animal is $35 monthly pet fee and $300 additional deposit. Breed restrictions apply. ESA animals are exempt to the weight limit, breed restriction and fees.

At Cairn Point, we always put our best foot forward. That’s why our building is Energy Star and Enterprise Green Communities certified.
